Since I joined CG a month ago, Maggie and the whole EB department have been really welcoming. If there is chance I hadn't met someone, Maggie is quick to introduce us. It has made me feel like I am part of the whole company and not just Employee Benefits. The culture here was a big part of why I decided to join, and Maggie's been key to helping me settle in and feel like part of the team. She's great at breaking the ice and making introductions feel natural.

Ashley was a key contributor in the San Antonio office expansion project. She did a great job coordinating everything on the IT side, from moving the existing cabling to installing the new cabling and making sure everything was set up and ready to go. Recently Irene assisted in trying to get me a carrier login. I misread an out of office message for someone else and thought that I was to reach out to Irene for help. While this was not her job to cover for this person, she was more than happy and jumped on getting ahold of the carrier to help me out.
