In the last month, Jill and I worked on renewing three significant long-term clients, and she was outstanding. Jill and I have worked together for several years. She is a true professional. She’s never reluctant to offer her thoughts and opinions and has a great work ethic. She is an outstanding person and a true professional.

A Breath of Hope Lung Foundation provides lung cancer education to more than 100,000 Americans each year and people from 130 other countries. Our literacy-friendly and evidence-based Animated Patient's Guide to Lung Cancer, found at youandlungcancer.com, has received 2 million visits since its launch in late 2017, and we continue to grow its content to ensure it is a comprehensive one-stop-shop for people who wish to be educated about lung cancer, especially patients and families. The research we carefully vet and fund continues to be transformational and published in major scientific journals. In response to improved survivorship, we have also added survivorship experiences on our website to overcome the burden of stress following a diagnosis. A Breath of Hope has added initiatives to increase both screening and biomarker testing in the U.S. By educating both physicians and patients about the importance of early diagnosis and biomarker testing immediately following a diagnosis, survival rates will continue to improve.

I want to recognize Emily Kutzler for her professionalism and willingness to jump right in on a last minute win for Nathan Kavolak (Congrats Nathan:)). We received a "hail Mary" quote at 3 p.m. on 7/9 for a 7/10 risk that we thought was closed out and the insured's request to bind at 4 p.m. I did not have time to create a proposal and was scheduled to be out on PTO the following day. I do not like handing off files in this manor, but Emily jumped right in, congratulated Nathan on the win and said that she would handle the account even though she did not yet know anything about the risk. Emily, your "pick it up and run with it attitude" was very much appreciated and did not go unnoticed. THANK YOU for being a team player and stepping in on this one. It did not go unnoticed.

Ashton has been so helpful and great to work with! I recently had a time sensitive proposal and a new business that needed to get done. Ashton's first response was asking what will help, even though I am sure it was already a busy day for her. She jumped in without hesitation to help on EPIC updates and rolling policies. This is not the only time she has jumped in to help or answer questions. Every single time It's done thoroughly and clear. She has also helped me walk through different CM scenario questions. STEP is an emergency relief organization in St Louis Park where I live. On Friday July 17 there was an apartment fire in St Louis Park that displaced 100+ of our neighbors. STEP is assisting with emergency rent help, food, and supplies.

Every year, Hometown Bats Foundation hosts a charity home run derby in honor of a local child with a disability or medical diagnosis. This year marks the 10th annual event, and it continues to grow each year. This year's recipient is Jacob, a 14-year-old living with Duchenne muscular dystrophy, a progressive disease that requires ongoing medical care and support.

I have several people out right now on the RP team, which has created some additional challenges around getting new business bound and through the finish line, among other things. What stood out to me today was not just that Josh helped, but the attitude and energy he brought to it, with no questions asked. He had a genuine willingness to step up, pick up, wrap it up and help me, help David and get this thing handled.

He was eager to jump in, willing to take ownership, and focused on finding solutions to the pending bind subjectivities and changes we got from David. He didn't know the full extent of the staffing challenges I was working through in RP, yet he stepped up simply because help was needed. That level of teamwork makes a real difference.

Matt has recently been working on an extensive, time consuming claim for one of my insureds and he has been such a great asset during this time. He has been very responsive not only to the insured, but also to me keeping me updated so that I am aware of where we are when the insured calls me. Matt also went above and beyond on this claim by taking extra steps to make sure that we utilized every option on behalf of this insured. Yarden was heading out for the day, and I told him about my tricky billing situation I was having. Not only did he stop to help troubleshoot, but he was able to locate the correct call center that gave the information I needed and avoided additional confusion with the client. I really appreciated the time he took with me on the call, even after what was most likely a busy day for him. It also helped me me learn some vital skills for how to be direct on phone calls. Since I joined CG a month ago, Maggie and the whole EB department have been really welcoming. If there is chance I hadn't met someone, Maggie is quick to introduce us. It has made me feel like I am part of the whole company and not just Employee Benefits. Ashley was a key contributor in the San Antonio office expansion project. She did a great job coordinating everything on the IT side, from moving the existing cabling to installing the new cabling and making sure everything was set up and ready to go. What could have been a complicated process felt smooth and easy because of the work she put in.
