While on a call with our client, who has been dealing with significant issues with their ancillary carriers billing practices, has expressed great gratitude to Brooke and Amy for their diligent work in straightening out the issues month after month. Additionally, the HR manager has been quite happy with the recommendations made by Amy and Brooke regarding a ben admin system which they've never had, and the education provided regarding how carriers determine renewal increases which as HR stated, after many years of administering our plan, I am finally understanding how it works.

Amy blew it out of the water with our new client! We signed a new client on Monday midday. They had serious issues from their previous broker relationship and the main contact was leaving town on Wednesday. Amy worked hard to ensure BORs were signed, processed, data received, and even new marketing RFPs sent out before the client left for vacation. She did 2 weeks of work in 2 days, and did it with such quality the new client sent a note saying how impressed he was! Kudos to Amy!

Any time I have a question, whether big or small, Meghan is there to help. She digs in and won't stops until she finds a solution or helps direct me to the right tools so that I can empower myself with the resources I need. This kind of help is what allows others to grow; in turn allowing me to help others grow. She does an amazing job of connecting our team so that we can all learn from one another and support one another (especially during the busy seasons). Her selfless, caring and cheerful attitude gives way to a contagious calm whenever I talk to her. Thank you for being an incredible leader, support, and continuous resource! Funds donated by the Eden Prairie Office - In 1993, the executive director of Hospitality House Youth Development (HHYD) created Christmas With Dignity. This unique shopping experience is for parent/guardian who is economically disadvantaged who find themselves unable to afford to buy Christmas presents for their children. The parent or guardian will have the pleasure of shopping and giving their children new gifts at prices they can afford. This allows the children to see their parent/guardian as a provider, and at the same time, the family is strengthened.

New Ulm Office donated. Ivy House is a 24/7 crisis nursery providing direct care to children ages 0-10 whose families are in crisis or stressful situations. We provide care for up to 72 hours and walk with families as they find themselves in crisis. Ivy House exists as a resource for families in our community who need help.

Sean has been a huge help to me on our Carrier Service Center project.  He has created new Rep codes, cleaned up account coding within each carrier along with AMS.  He has helped me organize all the account spreadsheets and done global changes.  All of this will help our SBA reps identify their service center accounts easier along with provide a cleaner transition into Epic.

The American Cancer Society Hope Lodge program provides a free home away from home for cancer patients and their caregivers. More than just a roof over their heads, it’s a nurturing community that helps patients access the care they need. Each Hope Lodge community offers a supportive, homelike environment where guests can share a meal, join in the evening’s activities, or unwind in their own private room. Ashley is always so helpful whenever I have a question or don't know how to use a program. She takes the time to explain the technology that we use in terms that I can understand and she is very patient. For example, I have been using Roboform since I started working here in 2019 but really had no idea how to use it efficiently until my conversations with her during Cyber Awareness Month just recently. Cam has been an extremely valuable mentor and teammate as I moved into a complex book of micromobility. Recently I had to step away from work for an unexpected extended time, and on top of his very busy work load he managed to keep things moving. In the short time that I have known Amy she has shown incredible support and genuine interested in her peers, including me.  She has an obvious thirst for knowledge and desire to grow professionally.  

She recently gave up some of her own time to grow together.  I invited Amy to a Women's Leadership event out of office time.  She was completely unaware that I was more than just an attendee. As we talked before the event, her encouragement and support really stood out. With our movement into the Wisconsin market, Vince has been a great help in getting some "new to CG" clients onboard, marketed, renewed and implemented well ahead of schedule and very successfully.   Many of these relationships have known me for a long time, and we have exceeded their expectations and they now know why CG is a special place.   This is all thanks to Vince running quarterback on these clients.

I just wanted to give a quick shout-out to Emily.  She's done a great job backing me up recently when I've been gone, and she even proposed and bound a new business account while I was out.  She's a great team player and is always happy to help out when asked without any complaints.

Jennifer has been a huge asset on my team always willing to help where she can. She's learning and improving everyday! She helped with a very complicated billing issue on one of my accounts and was able to get it resolved leaving the Insured very happy. Don't know what I would do without her. Thanks Jennifer!

Laura and I have been working together on event planning, and I can’t say enough about her incredible organizational skills. She not only follows through on every detail but also has a talent for translating her ideas into actionable plans and her visions to paper. Our success wouldn’t be possible without her support. Brandon has stepped up to lead the Charity Bags Tournament and has done a fantastic job communicating and keeping it going during a very busy month. I am extremely impressed with his enthusiasm and passion for giving back. He's also led many other charity initiatives throughout his time serving on the committee, and we couldn’t do it without him. He’s a true team player, and we are so fortunate to have him on the Charity Committee and at CG!
