I truly believe that I am one of the luckiest people at CG because I get to work with Meghan every day. She is always open to helping me out with questions as I learn her book, listen to my ideas, and even just listen whenever, no matter what it is. Doesn't matter how many times I might ask the same dumb question over and over again, she answers quickly and with understanding as I'm still learning. Not only is she understanding and nurturing within her role as my manager at CG, but she also applies that to my personal life as well. Daily Ashton gets messages from me and she is so patient and kind, even if I have asked the same question in the past. I have so much respect and admiration for her work ethic, attitude, and helpfulness each and every day as I learn her book. Having had to take some personal time off, she stepped right into helping back me up on my work so that when I came back, it was easy to breathe and not feel overwhelmed - even tho I know that she is extremely busy. Ashton is so knowledgeable in every area of her work, and I am so thankful that I get to learn from her each and every day. I am excited to learn and work alongside her going forward, and hope we get to do this for a long time. Thank you so much Ashton for everything!

Jenn is such a wonderful part of the team! She is not afraid to take a task through the full life cycle and just makes things so much easier on the whole private client team. The best part is, she always has a fantastic attitude and her positive mindset is contagious. You rock, Jenn!

Macy also recently stepped into helping with a Project that was a Rush for a New Account. Just coming back off a week of PTO, I found myself in a dilemma of not being able to get this project done and ready. The Trainees all stepped up and in one day knocked out all of the accounts that were ready to be entered. They put everything aside, divided up the accounts and took on this project with no qualms. The Trainees will all be a great asset to CG!!!

Grace recently stepped up with a large Project and diligently worked side by side with me until we were finshed. This took days of our time to enter and finding items on a spreadsheet that did not match the policies that we were entering. A Lot of going back and forth and lots of hours. We just got that all enterred a week or so ago, when the renewals starting coming in this week with new limts. This account was a "Rush job" to get entered. She and her Training partners took there time, updated all we had available and I appreciate their time!! The Trainees will all be a great asset to CG!!!

As a Leader, Kim radiates with positivity and genuinely cares about her team. She initiates training for us when she recognizes that we need additional direction. Kim provides clear resources and solutions. In my 21 years as an insurance agent, I have never had such a knowledgeable and resourceful manager. She is the epitome of leadership. Kim isn't afraid to jump in and cover books of business when her team is out on maternity leave, medical leave, or vacation. Kim goes above and beyond in ensuring we are doing out best work through training and one on one guidance. Kim reminds us to take time for self care and learning. She is truly a pleasure to work with. Kim needs a well deserved pampering for all she does for each of her team members. We all feel very fortunate to have her as out fearless leader.

When I think of a person who has made a huge impact on me since coming to CG in May, I automatically think of Ashley. I am excited to work someone who thirsts for efficiency and is continuously learning. Ashley is humble, kind and patient. Teaching adults is her calling. Ashley is quick to offer training and is thorough in her monthly team trainings. She make herself available to assist the team when we are backlogged and need assistance in processing. She is positive and upbeat. Her hilarious personality is the cherry on top. She is never satisfied with mediocre. There are many nights and weekends I see her green bubble still pounding away. As someone who has had 6 years of Applied EPIC experience, Ashley can still show me new things. I love that she is accessible and responsive despite having a heavy workload. I aspire to be as positive as she is with the "CAN DO" attitude.

Megan has been such a huge help since I started at CG a few months ago. She's always willing to provide advice, help, and encouraging words. I simply don't know how I would have gotten this far without her. Thank you for everything you do every day Megan!

Janet has been such a great teammate to work with on recent client renewals. She quickly produced deliverables, tailored them to fit unique client situations and communicated clearly with both the client and our team. She’s eager to learn, brings fresh thinking and consistently asks the right questions to move our work forward. Janet sees what needs to be done and takes ownership, which has been especially valuable with complex renewals. Her perspective, professionalism, and initiative make her a trusted partner and a huge asset to both our team and our clientsl

Shelby has been so welcoming to me since starting in April that she makes it easy to come to her with questions. Whether I have a question on an account of mine, or for someone I am being a back up on, she not only is quick to answer, but she goes out of her way to reach out to me on her own time to see if I need anything. She takes the time to call me if she feels that it would be easier to help me, and she is very knowledgeable. She never makes me feel like a burden for reaching out, and makes work so much fun. The Wildcat Sanctuary (TWS) is a 501(c)3 non-profit, rescue sanctuary located in Sandstone, Minnesota. Funded solely by private donations, the sanctuary provides a natural sanctuary to wild cats in need and inspires change to end the wildlife crisis. In most sales environments, it’s rare for a peer to introduce you to an active prospect they’re working with, but Max didn’t hesitate. After I mentioned I’m targeting a specific niche, he immediately saw the connection and made the introduction, knowing his prospect had deep expertise in that space. On Saturday, March 8th, 20 CG employee-owners, along with their friends and family, took the leap. Generous donations from CGers secured a matching contribution of $5,207.17 helping to raise over $21,417 in total.

Special Olympics MN makes a positive impact on athletes with intellectual disabilities that will last a lifetime and all funds raised goes towards programming and events for more than 8,000 athletes statewide. Through sports, SOMN athletes celebrate their abilities, not their disabilities. Their world opens with acceptance and understanding. They become more confident and empowered by their accomplishments. They make new friends, joining the most inclusive community on the planet- a global community that's growing every day.

This unique shopping experience is for parent/guardian who is economically disadvantaged who find themselves unable to afford to buy Christmas presents for their children. The parent or guardian will have the pleasure of shopping and giving their children new gifts at prices they can afford. This allows the children to see their parent/guardian as a provider, and at the same time, the family is strengthened.

Our mission is to provide support to those who need it most, those deep in the trenches of their cancer battle.
