A QUICK NOTE We recommend you visit the 10 Year Vision & 2026 Initiatives as we are in full-swing on our projects and focuses for 2026.
EMPLOYEE NET PROMOTOR SCORE (eNPS) Meghan Brown, HR Director, joined to share the overall results from the April 2026 Employee Net Promotor Score survey. As a reminder, this short survey is completed twice a year – in September and April. This is our second time completing the survey.
As we mentioned in April, we completed an early read in April before the survey was complete. The Leadership Council team realized there was a desire for more communication more across the entire agency. We had an opportunity to lean in quickly and pilot a new idea fast. We decided to host a State of CG meeting in a new format, a CG Town Hall, and gather Q&A from the team. This CG Town Hall was hosted on April 16th.
After, we did a survey to see what people thought about this format. Survey results indicated people wanted this type of informal meeting every couple of months. Unlike our more formal quarterly State of CG presentations, our Town Halls are designed to be conversational. They are an opportunity to discuss company-wide updates, catch up on department initiatives, and hold an open Q&A with leadership regarding the market, ESOP updates, current projects, and more.
Our next CG Town Hall will be on June 22. We plan to share highlights on CG Overall results and share what you can expect going forward. Typically most action items, in response to survey results, will happen within the respective departments. If you have any questions, feel free to ask anyone on Leadership Council, your direct leader, or Meghan Brown.
Don’t forget, we’re taking anonymous Q&A questions here. Please submit your questions here by June 19th at 12:00 pm Town Hall Question Submission

The Culture & Wellness committee is excited to announce something new that we have been working on! You may have noticed a bulletin board pop up in your office recently. These bulletin boards will be a way for us to share things within our office communities to help us connect with each other. Feel free to post things here that you’d like to share with your office team, we’d love to see it! The Culture & Wellness committee will also run fun events and occasional contests using the bulletin boards. To kick off the fun, we will be running our first bulletin board contest this month! The contest rules are simple - bring in something to share on the bulletin board that fits the given theme, and you will be entered into a drawing to win a prize! Now that Labor Day has passed, we are officially getting into fall territory! 🍂 Starting today through the end of September (9/8-9/30), bring in something to share on the bulletin board that makes you think of fall. This can be anything - a recipe you love to make during this season, back to school photos, a photo from a fun fall event, etc. Please make sure to add your name to your posting (front or back) so we know who shared what and so your name can be added to the contest drawing. We will pick one winner per office (one per level in Eden Prairie). Each winner will receive $20 CG store credit! If your office does not yet have a bulletin board and would like one, please have one office member reach out to Alexandra Ensrud (AEnsrud@christensengroup.com) and we can coordinate getting one. If you are a remote employee and don’t have an office to participate in, please feel free to email your posting to Alexandra and she will add it to one of the EP bulletin boards for you. If there are any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to a committee member! We look forward to seeing what everyone has to share.
