Employee Net Promoter Score

The Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) is a simple way to track loyalty and pride for your organization. It measures employees’ willingness to recommend your organization as a good place to work, and whether they’re engaged and enthusiastic about their work. An organization’s eNPS score can range from -1 to +1. According to global benchmark data of more than 150,000 organizations, the average NPS score is +.32. Anything between +.10-.30 is considered a good score (+.50 is excellent and +.80 or higher is best-in-class).

Each month we ask for feedback in the Pulse Survey. We read every comment and have been making changes. We update all employees on our changes in the weekly CG360 email.
