Employee Net Promoter Score
The Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) is a simple way to track loyalty and pride for your organization. It measures employees’ willingness to recommend your organization as a good place to work, and whether they’re engaged and enthusiastic about their work. An organization’s eNPS score can range from -1 to +1. According to global benchmark data of more than 150,000 organizations, the average NPS score is +.32. Anything between +.10-.30 is considered a good score (+.50 is excellent and +.80 or higher is best-in-class).
