Born in the heart of Wisconsin to resilient Hmong refugee parents and raised in the vibrant city of Charlotte, NC, I’ve always carried two things with me: a deep appreciation for where I come from and a drive to build something meaningful. As the oldest of six siblings—spanning 22 years between me and my youngest brother—I learned early how to lead with patience, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility.

With over 20 years in the insurance industry, I’ve worn many hats: from personal and commercial lines producer to account manager, marketing agency manager, and even employee appreciation manager. My journey through the world of insurance has been anything but one-dimensional—it's been a mosaic of experiences that taught me how to protect what matters most to people and businesses alike.
