Producer Statements

2025 Producer Goals
Click the button below to access the Producer Goals Form, where you can enter your department goals for 2025. Your submissions will load directly into Salesforce. If you need to make any edits to your goals later, please log in through Salesforce. For any questions, please contact Becca Rockwell.
CG E.D.G.E. (formerly Blueprint) Survey Links
Use this tool to create personalized EDGE survey links to send prospects. Your personalized link will deliver survey responses to your email address. If anything goes wrong with your link, there is a failsafe, as Kyle Simmons will be notified and can retrieve the results.
- Enter the first part of your email below
- Click "Generate Links" to create your custom survey links.
- Highlight and copy (Ctrl + C) the link for either P&C or Benefits
- In the body of an email to your client, paste the link (Ctrl + V).
All form submissions will be sent to the email entered.
