On Monday, January 19, 2026, CG will observe Martin Luther King Jr. Day as a dedicated day of service. Our offices will be closed so employees and their families can spend the day volunteering in their communities. This tradition honors Dr. King’s legacy and strengthens our shared commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and community support. To get inspired, you can revisit last year’s contributions and community impact here.
There are lots of different options no matter where you live. Check out the organizations we have linked, sign up for pre-planned volunteer events, or create your own activity with your team!
SIGN UP BY JANUARY 6th

This early deadline helps with planning and supply ordering
1. What should I do before and after my volunteering shift? Your activity may only take a few hours. You are welcome to continue serving in other ways or spend time learning more about Dr. King and his legacy.
2. What if my kids have the day off from school? You can include them! Remote options like card writing or assembling care kits work well for families.
3. Do I have to volunteer? We strongly encourage everyone to participate. If you are unable to volunteer, you may choose to work on this day instead, but you will be asked the reasoning for not taking part in this company initiative. There are exceptions based on client renewals and expectations.
