As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, we would like to encourage everyone to join us in our efforts to reduce paper usage within CG.

Since January 1st, 2024, Christensen Group has physically printed 148,006 pages across all printers and offices. There are numerous alternatives to printing unnecessarily, which not only helps to reduce wear and tear on our printers, but also to preserve our environment and contribute to cost savings for us as employee owners.

Here are a few simple ways we can all contribute to saving paper:

• Think Before Printing: Before hitting the print button, consider whether the document truly needs to be in hard copy format. If it's possible to review or share the information digitally, opt for that instead.

• Double-Sided Printing: When printing is absolutely necessary, utilize the double-sided printing feature to maximize paper usage and reduce waste.

• Digital Signatures: Utilize Foxit for signing documents whenever feasible, eliminating the need for printing, signing, and scanning.

• Share Documents Electronically: Instead of distributing physical copies of documents during meetings or presentations, share them electronically through email or cloud-based platforms like OneDrive or SharePoint.

By collectively adopting these practices, we can make a significant impact on reducing our environmental footprint.
