RETURN TO OFFICE

If you have not already filled out the Work Location Form, please do so by March 15th. You may have filled it out last year, but we are asking for an updated one for 2022. If you are unsure if you filled it out, you can ask your manager or Alicia Williams.

Plan your Return to the Office and Complete the Work Schedule Form:

  • Plan your days in the office to meet the needs of clients and your team.
  • Ask your leader and team, should you be in person for certain meetings or team huddles?
  • Know your personal productivity levels. Are you better suited picking specific days each week you’re in?
  • Understand the core hours for your clients and team. Confirm your work hours with your leader and team.
  • NEW: Update your calendars to show when you’re WFH. This change helps everyone know when to add a Teams Meeting or block a conference room.  Please update your calendars to allow individuals to see your calendar beyond the default free/busy. You can find directions here to update your calendar settings.
  • ACTION: Complete the Work Schedule Form (again) to let us know your Work Schedule Preference (Primarily in Office or 50/50).  Due by March 15, 2022.
  • Individuals who choose “Primarily in Office” will keep their permanent office/cube space. You are required to be in the office at least 60% of the time to keep your office/cube space.

HEALTH

Use the Work-life balance employee assistance program(EAP)  
This service can help employees with issues from finding temporary day care to managing anxiety around your personal life or the events currently happening inthe world. It also provides guidance for management teams on employee productivity or managing a remote workforce. 

Employees can always use the EAP for anxiety and stress:

  • In-person visits with a licensed counselor per issuer per year. If in-person is not feasible, employees can schedule virtual counseling sessions via skype (or facetime).
