2025 Strategic Initiatives (January/February Leadership Update)

Each January, we bring CG leaders together to align on our path forward. This year’s Leadership Offsite focused on where we’re headed over the next 10 years—and more importantly, what we need to do now to reach our 1-year and 3-year goals.

The result? Our Annual Strategic Initiatives, which outline key priorities for 2025 and beyond. These initiatives are designed to help us grow, improve efficiency, and reinforce our culture as an employee-owned company.

Key focus areas this year include: ✔ Optimizing our processes now that EPIC is fully implemented ✔ Investing in training and development to support scalable growth ✔ Strengthening our hiring approach to bring in the right talent and set them up for success
